Sales & Refund Policy
All sales made are final, no refunds. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds are rarely issued and are considered only in exceptional circumstances. If an item has a significant flaw that was not disclosed or reasonably visible in the listing photos or description then we may offer a partial refund based on the severity of the issue.
If a package is returned to us by customs or the shipping carrier, the item must first be received and inspected by us before any refund can be processed. Once the returned package has been safely received, a full refund may be issued where applicable.
We do not offer refunds based on changes of mind, sizing or fit, personal preference, minor imperfections consistent with the item’s age or condition, or issues that were clearly shown or stated in the listing.
Shipping
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, we are no longer responsible for delays, damage, loss, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier or customs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete before placing an order. In the rare case that your package is significantly delayed, we sincerely apologise, but unfortunately these situations are outside of our control, and we are unable to guarantee refunds and/or control of the delivery timeframe.
Condition

Some of the shoes we sell are older and may naturally be more susceptible to cracking, sole separation, peeling, or other deterioration due to their age and materials.
Once an item has been shipped and is no longer in our possession, we cannot guarantee that it will remain in the same condition. This includes damage or deterioration that may occur during shipping or after the item has left our hands.
Refunds or compensation for damage that occurs after shipping are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing, you acknowledge the condition shown and described at the time of purchase and understand that older footwear may require additional care when being worn or stored.
First Come, First Served
All items are available on a first come, first served basis. An item is only considered sold once payment has been successfully received and confirmed. We cannot guarantee an item will remain available while awaiting payment.
